What You’ll Do- Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise SaaS upgrade projects, ensuring successful execution of project scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
- Develop project plans, manage resources, monitor risks and dependencies, and drive projects through each phase of the delivery lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive communication, governance, status reporting, and executive updates.
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, QA, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders to coordinate technical readiness, testing, validation, and production deployments.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring alignment between client expectations and internal delivery teams.
