GENERAL SUMMARY:
The outbound supervisor will manage the day-to-day fulfilment, dispatch and delivery of goods. They will oversee warehouse workflows—including order picking, packing, and handover to 3pl to ensure shipments reach customers accurately, safely, and on schedule. They also will lead team performance and enforce safety compliance and ensures service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES RETURNS:
Operations & Logistics
· Coordinate daily outbound activities from order release to dispatch.
· Supervise picking, staging, and packing processes to ensure orders are ready before prescribed cut-off times.
· Ensure 100% inventory accuracy and proper handling of all outgoing consignments.
· Maintain compliance with all safety protocols, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality control measures.
Team Leadership
· Oversee, train, and manage the performance of warehouse associates, pickers, packers, or outbound sales team members.
· Conduct performance evaluations, handle scheduling, and coach staff on reaching their daily and weekly targets.
· Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment that promotes safety and continual professional development.
Communication & Reporting
· Act as the primary liaison between the outbound department, inbound, transport/logistics(3pl), Sales.
· Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance and shipping reports.
· Investigate customer abnormalities or complaints and execute corrective actions.
Compliance & Safety:
· Enforces Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality assurance (QA) guidelines, and health and safety (OHASA) regulations on the warehouse floor

General:
· Conduct and supervise cycle counting every morning
· Housekeeping (5S)

· Dynamics Nav 2018 experience (advantage)

Qualifications
· Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business management or Logistics and Supply Chain Management
