We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as an Inventory/Warehouse Management lead for AMEA to lead business units as they implement SAP S4HANA systems.
As part of a multiyear transformation journey to support our bold ambition for 2030, MDLZ is undertaking 2 major programs of embracing a new state of the art planning system O9 solutions as well as moving towards SAP S4 HANA and thereby strengthening our digital core.
As a Inventory/Warehouse Management lead, you will drive Inventory/Warehouse Management system transformation for the project across business units in AMEA, ensuring changes get embraced, adopted and sustained.
You provide software and application knowledge to support implementation of the given solutions.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Act as an Inventory/Warehouse Management lead and be accountable for business transformation for a function and group of markets.
- Work with leaders and users to identify the gap in their current processes compare to global template of S4 -HANA for their BUs.
- Identify the KDDs in Inventory/Warehouse Management
- Emphasis the fitment of global template for the AMEA region.
- Support the business in test strategy/execution in various test phases
- Review and approve the functional specifications made by project teams.
What you will bring

- 10+ years' experience managing the Inventory/Warehouse management initiatives in a global corporate environment.
- Experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders & mid-management.
- Knowledge, experience, and exposure to best practices in S4 HANA IM/WM domain.
- Creativity and experience using latest communication and learning tools.
- A passion for change and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
- Experience in S4 Hana implementations highly preferred.
- Experience inS4-EWM is an added advantageous.

Education / Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
- SAP certification added advantage
