What We're Looking For
Seeking a Senior EDI Analyst with deep supply chain, transportation experience. SAP skills are required for priority consideration. OpenText EDI platform experience is a strong plus.
Key Accountabilities

1. EDI Mapping and Translation: Analyse, document, and coordinate the development and maintenance of EDI maps and translation rules to facilitate seamless communication and data exchange between trading partners.
2. Test and Deploy: Coordinate the testing and deployment of EDI & Integration solutions, ensuring thorough testing procedures are followed and smooth deployment processes are executed to minimize disruptions and ensure high-quality implementation.
3. Issue Resolution: Lead troubleshooting efforts and coordinate the resolution of EDI-related issues, providing timely support to internal teams and external partners to minimize disruptions to business operations.
4. Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with external EDI & Integration service providers (such as Opentext, Esker, and Portalink), as well as internal service providers (like Informatica), ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and prompt resolution of any issues that arise.
5. Continuous Improvement: Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the EDI & Integration system, leveraging automation, standardization, and emerging technologies to streamline processes and reduce manual intervention.
6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with EDI & Integration operations, including data integrity, system failures, and compliance gaps. Implement contingency plans and disaster recovery procedures to ensure business continuity.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, procurement, finance, and logistics, to align EDI & Integration initiatives with business objectives, streamline processes, and drive value across the organization.
8. Coaching & Mentoring: As team grows, help new team members with Knowledge Transition, nurture and mentor them.

By excelling in these key accountabilities, the Senior EDI Analyst ensures the seamless operation of external integration processes, fostering efficient communication and collaboration with trading partners and supporting the organization's strategic goals.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Mandatory:
Demonstrated, in-depth expertise in EDI specifically for supply chain environments.
Hands-on experience with EDIFACT, X12 EDI standards, and Transaction Sets (ORDERS, DESADV, INVRPT, INVOIC).
Proven record in executing Trading Partner onboarding projects successfully.
Highly Preferred:
Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP, especially Trading Partner configuration.
Preferred (Including AI Skills):
Direct experience with OpenText EDI platforms.
Familiarity with SAP PI/PO.
Experience with AI-driven automation tools such as intelligent document processing, machine learning-based anomaly detection, or predictive analytics for supply chain/disruption management.
Ability to use AI solutions for EDI data validation, trend analysis, and workflow optimization.
Essential Soft Skills:
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong prioritization, project management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
