As the RVP Sales - Live Entertainment EMEA, your responsibilities will be...

  • Champion of the EMEA Live Scene: Own and scale the Live Entertainment vertical by partnering directly with the visionaries behind major festivals, touring promoters, and world-class concert operators.

  • High-Impact Dealmaking: Lead the charge on mission-critical deals, aligning with C-level executives to move the needle for the entire industry.

  • Elite Talent Development: Build and mentor a squad of AEs, fostering a culture of extreme ownership, accountability, and rapid career progression.

  • Bridging Growth: Partner with Business Development to transform hungry BDRs into sophisticated Account Executives through hands-on enablement and industry-specific coaching.

  • Strategic Architect: Collaborate with our global executive team to design the GTM blueprint for Live Entertainment, turning market insights into revenue reality.

  • Data-Driven Precision: Master the "Pulse of the Business" by driving forecasting accuracy and pipeline health through disciplined, data-backed steering.

  • Sales Veteran: With 5+ years in full-cycle sales, you are a closer at heart. You understand the nuances of long-term relationship building and the intensity of high-stakes negotiations.

  • True "Player-Coach" Mentality: You don't just manage from a dashboard. You have a proactive, hands-on approach and love getting into the trenches to help your team cross the finish line.

  • Master of the Forecast: You bring deep proficiency in pipeline management and revenue predictability—essential for the fast-paced, event-driven nature of our industry.
