YOUR MISSION- Build, maintain, and further develop sustainable, trusted relationships with running specialists and selected wholesale partners within your area of responsibility.
- Develop strategic partnerships with relevant retail partners to drive sustainable and profitable sales growth.
- Support our retail partners through product training, sell-out initiatives, optimization of point-of-sale (POS) presence, as well as monitoring stock levels and identifying re-order opportunities.
- Plan, develop, and deliver targeted product training sessions tailored to retail partners and selected customer locations.
- Organize and execute retailer events and test-and-try activations, while gathering market and product feedback and sharing relevant insights with internal stakeholders.
- Professional experience in sales, field sales, retail, category management, or a comparable customer-facing role.
- A strong passion for running, sports, and innovative products, combined with the ability to inspire and engage others.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills in English and Dutch. Proficiency in German would be an additional advantage.
- A self-driven, structured, and solution-oriented approach, with a high level of initiative and ownership.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, combined with a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
