Prior Public Service/OPS experience

- Experience leading design ideation and delivering service design blueprints, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Experience delivering functional, accessible, usable, and visually appealing user interfaces
- Experience collaborating with business, product, development, QA, and stakeholder teams
- Experience designing content that meets user needs and simplifies complex technical language and processes
- Ability to determine appropriate information formats based on user needs
- Ability to work with the Ontario Design System
- Experience as a UX designer, interactive designer, UI designer, or similar role for web and mobile applications
- Experience defining and leading UX projects, design workshops, and stakeholder alignment sessions
- Experience managing end-to-end user research from recruitment through synthesis
- Proficiency with Figma, Canvas, and similar design and prototyping tools
