Must Haves: 

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification 

  • Intermediate experience in coding 

  • 4+ years’ experience working as a CRM administrator (e.g., Salesforce) 

Description: 

About Ontario Health: 

  • Ontario Health was established pursuant to The Connecting Care Act, 2019 and its objectives include the implementation of the health strategies of the Ministry of Health and the management of health service needs across Ontario consistent with those strategies.   

Background Information: 

  • The purpose of this request is to acquire a Senior Software Developer-CRM who will assist in the implementation of several Salesforce projects that require external expertise in software development. 

  • The Senior Software Developer will continue to assist in the implementation of several projects that require external expertise in Salesforce development. 

Responsibilities: 

  • The Sr. Software Developer will work directly with the program team, specifically the existing Salesforce administrators. They will develop, problem solve and implement projects within the existing salesforce environment. The responsibilities are focused specifically on the deliverables mentioned above. 

Desired Skills: 

  • Experience building Salesforce Community Sites 

  • Experience building Salesforce visualforce pages 

  • Experience with Salesforce integration tools 

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills 

  • A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines 

Required Skills: 

  • Proven experience in the delivery and execution of projects/programs 

  • Deep knowledge of Customer Relationship Management platforms 

  • Intermediate level of coding experience required 

Required Experience / Evaluation Criteria:   

  • Salesforce administrator certification.: 30 Points 

  • Intermediate experience in coding.: 30 Points 

  • 4-6 years’ experience support Salesforce administration.: 40 Points 

Total Capabilities Criteria: 100 Points 

Deliverables: 

Deliverables Include: 

  • Complete Salesforce community site development, testing, and deployment for two existing community sites. 

  • Intake forms development and implementation, to replace all forms currently hosted by SurveyMonkey with innate Salesforce functionality. 

  • Intake forms review and problem-solving, on forms currently built as VisualForce Pages. 

  • Develop and implement IEHP client intake form and self-assessment. 

  • Other Salesforce development projects, as required 

Notes: 

Assignment Type: This position is currently listed as "Hybrid". The resource under this request will be required to work onsite as per Hiring Manager sole discretion. All work must be conducted in Canada unless otherwise agreed to by Ontario Health. 

Ontario Health assets including laptops and related equipment cannot be removed from the province of Ontario without prior written approval from Ontario Health. 

Location: Hybrid – 1 day a week onsite with flexibility 

Public Sector Experience: Preferred 

The resource will comply with Ontario Health policies and procedures.
