Job Description
What you are expected to do ( Responsbilities ) :
- Develop, test, deploy, and support RPA solutions based on business requirements.
- Work with Business Analysts and stakeholders to understand process requirements and automation opportunities.
- Perform unit testing, defect resolution, and production support activities.
- Monitor bot performance and implement enhancements to improve stability and efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
- Adhere to SDLC, security, and governance standards.
What qualifies you for the role ( Requirements )
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in RPA development.
- Experience with Blue Prism or Ui Path or Automation Anywhere.
- Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and Excel automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in banking or financial services domain is an advantage.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
