Job Description

1. Technical implementation & expertise

· Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate

· Build reusable and scalable automation frameworks (e.g. REFramework)

· Develop unattended bots

· Integrate automation solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems

· Troubleshoot, maintain and optimize use cases and automation performance

· Maintain documentation and reusable components

2. Solution design & consulting

· Collaborate with stakeholders to implement automation solutions

· Analyze and document business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE)

· Translate requirements into technical solutions

· Advise on feasibility and create effort estimation

· Act as consultant in automation initiatives

3. Governance, quality & best practices

· Apply RPA standards and governance models

· Ensure code quality and compliance

· Perform “code / automation project” reviews

· Maintain documentation and standards

5. Continuous improvement & innovation

· Identify improvement opportunities

· Explore AI integrations

· Stay updated with RPA trends

· Support scaling initiatives

Qualifications

Must-have

· 3+ years RPA experience

· Strong UiPath expertise

· Power Automate experience

· API/database integration

· Strong problem-solving

· Business-to-technical translation skills

Nice-to-have

· Microsoft Power Platform

· Python/.NET/VBA

· AI

· Microsoft Azure DevOps

· Certifications from UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform
