Job Description- Administer and maintain Microsoft SCCM infrastructure
- Manage and support Microsoft Intune and endpoint management solutions
- Configure and maintain Active Directory, Group Policies, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Administer Microsoft Exchange Online mailboxes, mail flow, distribution groups, and security policies
- Manage and support SharePoint Online sites, permissions, and collaboration services
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams environments, policies, meetings, and voice/collaboration features
- Handle endpoint provisioning, deployment, patching, and compliance management
- Support Windows 10/11 device lifecycle management
- Resolve incidents, service requests, and escalations related to workplace technologies
- Deploy software packages, updates, and security configurations
- Monitor endpoint health, Microsoft 365 services, and compliance status
- Troubleshoot complex desktop, collaboration, and infrastructure-related issues
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and support teams
- Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
- Participate in workplace modernization and automation initiatives using PowerShell and Microsoft . technologies .
- Strong experience with:
