At Doncasters we have an exciting opportunity for a Rotofile Operator to join our team in Groton, Connecticut.  

 

The starting pay for this role is $18.92 an hour. The hours are 6:00am-2:30pm.

The Role

 

In this role you will engage in a range on hands on tasks, using a variety of hand tools to meticulously smooth and finish the surfaces of castings. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to precision, as every piece handled contributes to the quality of our final product. With each task you’ll have the opportunity to bring raw materials to life, ensuring they meet the highest standards. Success in this position hinges on your ability to carefully follow written procedures, combined with a passion for creating a flawless finished product.
