Rotation Material Engineer
The Rotation Material Development Engineer is responsible to develop new and optimize existing polymeric composite materials with global multiple function teams under guidance of Principle Material Development Engineer located in Milpitas, CA/USA.
About the Job:
· Discuss new material specification with new product designer
· Propose new material concept to meet specification
· Work with cross-functional teams and outside resources for prototyping
· Perform experiments and test new materials formulation
· Analyze testing data, evaluate material performance, and recommend solution
· Report study progress regularly and present project update to cross-functional management
· Apply project management fundamentals, including scheduling and managing resources to meet task target
· Other duties as assigned

About You:
· Education: BS in Material Science & Engineering emphasis in polymer, chemical engineering, chemistry or similar
· Must be a result-oriented and self-initiated professional

· Strong leadership, teamwork effectiveness, and communication skills required
