Job Summary:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist will be responsible for optimizing the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring efficient processes, and leveraging technology to support our talent acquisition strategy. You will collaborate closely with HR and recruitment teams to drive operational excellence and improve the candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of talent acquisition programs and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze and streamline recruitment workflows to reduce time-to-fill and enhance the overall candidate experience.
  • Technology Oversight: Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platform, AI tools, and other recruitment technologies, ensuring they meet organizational needs and support best practices.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and ensure that these vendors meet McCain's expectations for quality, cost and delivery
  • Documentation Oversight: Oversee the development of recruitment process documentation and standard operating procedures, including continuous process improvement
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, hiring managers, and external vendors to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and objectives.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to recruitment teams on processes, tools, and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure all recruitment processes comply with legal and regulatory standards and align with company policies.
  • Candidate Experience: Design and implement initiatives to enhance the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication, transparent processes, and positive overall impression of the organization throughout the recruitment process.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to recommend innovative solutions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition operations or a related field, preferably within a global organization.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, best practices, and technologies, including ATS (preferably SAP SuccessFactors), CRM, and HRIS systems.
  • Proven experience in process optimization and project management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong communication, business acumen, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of global employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
