We’re looking for a Rooms Division Intern to join our team and gain real-world experience working in both Front Desk and Housekeeping. You’ll learn how these departments work together to create an exceptional guest experience — from the moment a guest checks in to the moment they check out.

Hands-on experience in Front Desk & Housekeeping

Flexible schedule – ideal for students or career explorers

What You’ll Do:

· Learn the Front Desk operation — assist with guest arrivals, departures, questions, and requests

· Assist with reservations, room assignments, and other front office activities

· Experience Housekeeping operations — learn how guest rooms and public areas are inspected, prepared, and maintained

· Work with the Front Desk and Housekeeping teams to help ensure rooms are clean, ready, and available for arriving guests

· Learn how hotel departments communicate and work together to solve guest needs

· Gain exposure to hotel systems, procedures, service standards, and daily operations

· Assist with special projects and other activities designed to build your hospitality knowledge

· Be part of a supportive team where every day brings something new to learn!
