The Rookie Advisor Development Specialist will develop Content all learning modalities including Face to Face, Online and eLearning under the supervision of the Rookie Advisor & Advisor Activation Head. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging and effective blended learning experiences that drive business outcomes. Along with your Manager, you will oversee the entire learning life cycle, from needs analysis to evaluation, ensuring that our learning programs are aligned with strategic goals and deliver measurable results.
Position Responsibilities:
Curriculum Design & Deliver
Design and create high-quality learning materials with the objective of developing the Knowledge and Skills of the Rookie Advisors
Implement performance-based development roadmap to activate new recruits and increase new agent retention.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and development needs.
Design engaging and interactive training materials including but not limited to the following: presentations, workbooks, videos, study group discussions.
Utilize Learning Experience Design principles to create effective and impactful training experiences.
Deliver high quality training sessions, both in-person and virtually.
Performance Management
Provide performance support to effectively onboard new recruits and achieve early new advisor activation.
Conduct performance reviews during class and provide feedback.
Collaborate with agency leaders and agency sales management team by providing feedback and ensure that onboarding activities including JFW and Business reviews are implemented consistently.
Tracking & Governance
Gather data on the curriculum, sessions and all data that will help assess the entire program.
Track and regularly report updates on the progress of new advisors and Rookie Agents performance metrics and impact of the programs.
Utilize data and share with stakeholders to help identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning and Development or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong understanding of adult learning theories and principles.
Proficiency in instructional design methodologies, such as LXD, 6Ds Framework, ADDIE, SAM, and AGILE.
Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and learning analytics.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative problem-solving skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
