POSITION SUMMARY
The Role Player will participate in various situational training exercises and other collective training events to replicate mission scenarios. During non-role-playing work, the Role Player will be under direct supervision, performing a variety of unskilled and semi-skilled projects to support the Training Department and Facilities Departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in training scenarios for U.S. military forces and other groups
- May act as an aggressor, bystander, or principle in training scenarios
- Use non-lethal weapons (paintball, blanks and simunition weapons)
- Work is based in a busy training environment and subject to frequent interruptions. In addition to work in a classroom setting, frequent work outside and in inclement weather conditions is required, including heat, cold and humidity. May be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals and vibration. Must wear personal protective equipment as required by established Company safety standards. Normal work hours are Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required, and work schedule will vary.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Must have a valid US drivers license and satisfactory driver record
- Must be willing to operate Company vehicle
- Local candidates preferred
- One year of prior experience in surveillance, weapons training (AK-47, 9MM, and M4) and/or foreign languages required
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multiple priorities to completion
- Problem-solving skills with an analytical thought process
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- Must be able to lift, lower, carry, push, or move objects up to 80 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday. Requires constant use of hands and fingers to feel, handle or operate objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms.
