Robotic Teleoperator

As a Robotic Teleoperator, you’ll work closely with our R&D and engineering teams to operate and supervise robots during tests and live sessions. You’ll help our robots perform tasks accurately and safely, and provide valuable feedback that directly influences their development.

What you’ll do :

• Remotely pilot and supervise robots during operational sessions (⅔ hours)

• Participate in data collection and labeling tasks to enhance AI model performance

• Ensure smooth and precise robot actions through visual monitoring and movement adjustment

• Visual quality control and movement adjustment

• Share operational insights with engineers to help refine behavior and performance

• Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocol

• Passionate for AI and human robot collaboration

• No prior technical experience required ; must demonstrate curiosity, coachability, and consistency

• Excellent hand-eye coordination and focus

• Good communication skills

• Flexible availability for hourly or shift-based assignments

• Language : French, English

• Bonus : experience in operation, supply chain, order preparation, stock inventory, etc ; familiarity with tech/startup environment
