Responsibilities
- Lead robotic system development projects from concept to client delivery, ensuring successful execution
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables while addressing any deviations
- Oversee compliance with engineering standards and robotic system requirements during design and development
- Foster collaboration and communication between cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and procurement
- Document design changes, prepare detailed instructions, and ensure comprehensive documentation for product introduction
- Report on project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders at all levels
- Identify resource shortages or inefficiencies and propose effective solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years strong leadership and project management skills with a track record in robotic or engineering projects
- Proficiency in Latvian and English language skills (verbal and written)
- Expertise in planning, scheduling, and resource management
- Deep understanding of engineering standards and robotic system specifications
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities across departments and with stakeholders
- Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements
- Commitment to high-quality standards in documentation and project execution
- Experience with quality assurance practices and cross-departmental coordination is a plus
