We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to join our dynamic team and elevate our Center of Excellence (CoE) located in Vilnius (Lithuania). As an RPA Developer, you will play a critical role in automating our business processes and driving operational efficiency. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of implementing and managing RPA solutions in a corporate environment. Role Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and robust RPA solutions to automate repetitive tasks and workflows.

Collaborate with stakeholders during development, testing and deployment stages of the project lifecycle to ensure the automation solutions align with business objectives.

Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams during the implementation and maintenance of RPA solutions.

Collaborate with Product Owner and Development Manager during regular audits and assessments of existing RPA processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA solutions, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to business operations.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in RPA technology to drive innovation within the department.
Role Requirements

Strong command over popular RPA tools: such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or other similar platforms. You should be able to demonstrate your expertise in configuring, customizing, and deploying automation solutions using these tools.

Deep understanding of business processes and workflow automation: you should be able to analyze existing processes, identify automation technical improvement opportunities, and design RPA solutions that streamline and optimize these processes effectively.

Technical Solution Design: you need to be able to design and architect end-to-end RPA solutions, considering scalability, security, and maintainability aspects.

Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential. You should be adept at troubleshooting issues that arise during RPA implementation, debugging code, and resolving errors to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

Testing and Quality Assurance: well-versed in testing methodologies and practices specific to RPA. You should have experience in creating test cases, executing tests, and ensuring the quality and reliability of RPA solutions before deployment.

Documentation and Technical Writing: be able to create comprehensive technical documentation, including process flows, solution architecture, and user manuals, to facilitate smooth implementation and ongoing support.

Proficiency in coding languages: such as C#, Java, or Python is highly desirable. Hands-on experience in writing efficient and maintainable code for developing custom RPA solutions or extending the capabilities of RPA platforms.

Integration and API Knowledge: experience in integrating RPA solutions with external systems, databases, and APIs would be desirable. Knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, and data extraction techniques is beneficial for successful integration of RPA processes with other enterprise systems.

Salary
The monthly gross base salary range is 2166 – 3841 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
