We are seeking a highly motivated Roadmarking Operations Manager to join our Management Team and lead our roadmarking operations across Auckland and Whangarei. In this role you will have direct oversight of the Roadmarking activities.

This is a pivotal position, providing strategic direction and operational oversight to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. You will also play a key role in shaping national processes, innovation, and staff development as part of the Management Team alongside other regional Roadmarking teams.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Supporting the Regional Roadmarking Manager in the Auckland/Northland area
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and client satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers 
  • Support national initiatives in process improvement, pricing/tendering, staff training, and innovation
  • Promote and embed a Zero Harm culture across all operations

To be successful in this position you will bring with you:

  •  Strong operational management background within the maintenance or construction industry 
  • Previous experience with Roadmarking maintenance contracts would be ideal 
  • Proven track record of supervising/leading teams within or across contracts
  • Strong ability to build, maintain, and nurture long-term client relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Must have flexibility to liaise and attend nightshift work
