Location: Cypress Ridge Care Center

Cypress Ridge Care Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing team. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality care to our residents in a supportive and professional environment.

Position Details
  • Status: Full-Time, Part time, PRN
  • Shifts Available: AM and PM shifts
  • Schedule: 4 days on / 2 days off rotation
  • Location: Cypress Ridge Care Center
  • Starting $47-52 per hour DOE, up to $5000 bonus
Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor resident condition, report changes, and coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
  • Supervise and support CNAs and other care staff during assigned shifts.
  • Uphold resident dignity, privacy, and person-centered care values.
Qualifications
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
  • CPR/BLS certification required.
  • Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Compassionate and professional approach to resident care.
