What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll take the lead on quality assurance and regulatory readiness within our Healthcare Center:
- Oversee and coordinate audits, compliance tracking, and documentation accuracy
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Partner with leadership to implement corrective action plans
- Support QAPI initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
- Ensure ongoing survey readiness and regulatory compliance
- Assist Unit Managers with leadership coverage as needed
- Promote consistency, accountability, and excellence across clinical teams
What Makes You Successful
- Active LPN or RN license (Indiana)
- 2+ years of long-term care experience
- Strong understanding of state and federal regulations
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with EMR systems and Microsoft Office
- Confident communicator who can collaborate across teams
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
