Registered Nurse - Assisted Living Units - 1st & 2nd shifts
Hiring: Full-time & Part-time
Sign-on Bonus: $5,000 PT / $15,000 FT
Retention Bonus: $2,500–$5,000 annually
Pay: $29.00–$33.50/hr (dependent upon experience & shift)

About the Role
- Provide high‑quality nursing care in a senior living environment
- Supervise Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants
- Support a warm, hospitality‑driven, resident‑centered community
Key Responsibilities
- Resident ADL Support — Assist with daily living activities and encourage independence
- Care Plan Management — Identify changes, update plans, reassess residents
- Clinical Reporting — Provide daily updates to Director of Health Services
- Nursing Care Delivery — Administer care per physician orders
- Interdisciplinary Coordination — Ensure preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services

- 1st Shift: 6am–2pm

The Marshes of Skidaway Island is a nonprofit Life Plan Community and retirement community in Savannah, Georgia. It supports seniors with independent living and lifestyle-centered amenities, including dining, housekeeping, maintenance, and wellness programs. Its on-site health center provides a continuum of care, including assisted living and skilled nursing, enabling residents to maintain independence while accessing additional support within the same community. Managed by LCS.
