Your Role:

  • Direct Patient Care: Provide high-quality, resident-centered care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols.

  • Monitor Resident Progress: Track resident progress, assess needs, and adjust care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

  • Resident and Family Education: Educate residents and their families on health management, treatment options, and wellness strategies to empower them in their care.

  • Collaboration: Work with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate and deliver the best care possible, ensuring that each resident’s unique needs are met.

What We're Looking For:

  • Current RN license in Alaska.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
