Job Description- Work with your colleagues to ensure 24-hour continuity of care.
- Provide oversight of medical records in the electronic health record.
- Conduct medical assessments of residents and determine when it is necessary to call the physician.
- Oversee the admission process of new or re-admitted residents to the nursing care center, assuring resident assessment and documentation are complete and timely.
- Provide appropriate advice for medications or treatments by established policies.
- RN or BSN Degree from a school of professional nursing
- Two (2) years of Medical/Surgical, Rehab, or Geriatric Nursing
- Experience as a RN Charge Nurse or other supervisory position in Aging Services
- Current Maryland Registered Nurse License
- Active CPR certification

Skills Required
- RN or BSN degree from a school of professional nursing
- Two years of medical/surgical, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing experience
- Experience as an RN charge nurse or in another supervisory position in aging services
- Current Maryland Registered Nurse license
- Active CPR certification
