Coordinates the MDS assessment process for nursing care residents, develops care plans from comprehensive assessments, ensures timely interdisciplinary documentation, compiles insurance data, supports reimbursement optimization, and supervises nursing staff as needed. The role also participates in nurse management on-call rotation and requires Maryland RN licensure, long-term care experience, strong coordination skills, and proficiency with computer systems.

Provides direct resident care in a nursing facility, including activities of daily living, vital signs, weight and skin assessments, documentation, restorative nursing programs, and transportation to appointments and activities.
