Serves as a trusted HR partner to community leaders and associates. Manages onboarding, new-hire orientation, HR documentation, associate relations inquiries, policy interpretation, HR metrics, regulatory compliance, and daily HR administrative operations. Requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Provides administrative and customer service support to the Director of Sales at an assisted living community. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing inquiries, maintaining CRM records, preparing tour and move-in materials, answering calls and emails, supporting brochures and mailings, and coordinating with team members to welcome prospective residents and families.

Provides professional nursing care to assisted living residents, including medication and treatment administration, physician order transcription, condition monitoring, documentation, laboratory requests, and physician notifications. Assigns duties to nursing assistants, maintains medication and treatment areas, ensures narcotics are properly counted, and supports resident care in a compassionate team environment.

Coordinates the MDS assessment process for nursing care residents, develops care plans from comprehensive assessments, ensures timely interdisciplinary documentation, compiles insurance data, supports reimbursement optimization, and supervises nursing staff as needed. The role also participates in nurse management on-call rotation and requires Maryland RN licensure, long-term care experience, strong coordination skills, and proficiency with computer systems.

Provides direct resident care in a nursing facility, including activities of daily living, vital signs, weight and skin assessments, documentation, restorative nursing programs, and transportation to appointments and activities. Reports changes to the charge nurse and supports resident outings. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with daily pay and possible shift differentials.
