We're seeking a PRN Operating Room Nurse

As an Operating Room Nurse you will ensure safe and effective nursing care until your patient is transferred from your care to recovery. You can expect to work on complex cases with a driven team of passionate Operating Room professionals.
Job Purpose:
As an RN Operating Room PRN at KC ORTHO GROUP, you will play a vital role in ensuring safe and effective nursing care for patients undergoing surgical procedures. Your expertise will contribute to the successful management of complex cases alongside a dedicated team of passionate Operating Room professionals.

Required Education:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kansas.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred Education:
- ACLS certification.
Required Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year of OR experience (orthopedic preferred), or 1-5 years of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education & experience.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and protocols.
Preferred Skills and Abilities:
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
Skills Required
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Kansas
- Basic Life Support certification
- Minimum of 1 year of operating room experience, or 1–5 years of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and protocols
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification
- Orthopedic operating room experience
