Join the team in Redwood Falls! Start in Med-Surg and then cross train to Obstetrics and the Emergency Room. Also have the opportunity to train to be a nursing supervisor or charge nurse. Summary
- Coordinate and/or supervise care by other professionals on your team.
- Perform duties related to assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating as you deliver patient care.
- Assess and plan for the educational needs of the patient/client and families.
Schedule
- Casual | Varied schedule
- Rotating 12-hour shifts | Days/Nights
Pay
- Starting pay begins at $42.86 per hour and increases with experience
- Pay range: $42.86 - $71.51 per hour
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Nursing or higher
- Current Minnesota RN License
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Exception: inability to complete certification process related to health condition: must complete education portion of Basic Life Support
ACLS education completed within 6 months of hire.
NRP education completed within 1 year of hire.
Completes trauma education as set for Level 4 trauma criteria within 1 year of hire.
