Job Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for but not limited to the following
● Recruitment of channel partners
● Providing training for Business Development
● Preparing business plans and strategies to develop business of channel partner
● Planning different activities with channel partners to increase their productivity
● Accompanying IFA on HNI/UHNI client meetings.
● Addressing and spreading awareness regarding P2P lending in group client meets.
● Solving distributor's queries.
● To own and deliver organizational targets given on time to time.
● Following internal sales process
● Comply with all rules and regulations of the company as well as following industry norms
Key Skills required:
● Business Development and Channel management skills
