Principle Responsibilities

ID Badge preparation & final output, using the Lenel platform
•
Maintain & Disburse tickets through ServiceNow
•
Verify employment status through HR with AccessNow
•
Collaborate with Managers for badging needs / exceptions
•
Document & provide data for Security Reports (CORE)
•
Preside over Lost & Found program
•
Networking / Distribution of Key program with stakeholders
•
Education / communication on Parking Program
•
Informing / organizing requests for and received from Offsite Officers
•
Champion specific Badging E-mail for accessibility & staff use
•
Filing, organizing and other administrative tasks
•
Handling confidential and sensitive employee information
•
Placing and tracking uniform orders
•
Replenishing and tracking of security officer equipment
•
Assisting Support Services Department with general administrative and clerical support
Skills Required
- Experience with Lenel ID badging platform
- Experience using ServiceNow for ticketing
- Ability to verify employment status via AccessNow
- Prepare and provide data for CORE security reports
- Manage Lost & Found program
- Coordinate Key program distribution with stakeholders
- Educate and communicate Parking Program information
- Organize requests and communications for offsite officers
- Manage and respond to centralized badging email
- General filing, organizing, and clerical administrative tasks
- Handle confidential and sensitive employee information
- Place and track uniform orders
- Replenish and track security officer equipment
- Assist Support Services Department with administrative support
