You & Your Job

As a Risk Manager Transaction Monitoring, you will design, monitor and support the risk and control framework for Transaction Monitoring in a fast-paced and changing environment. You identify risks and mitigating measures based on end-to-end processes, translating outcomes from audits, consultants, and industry leaders into actionable improvements. You perform Risk Identification, Assessment and Response (RIAR), and manage findings, actions and incidents. You empower the Management Team to take a risk-based approach and strengthen their execution power.

• Analyse reports and information for sharpness and depth, translating them into opportunities for improvement.
• Advise and report to relevant colleagues within Transaction Monitoring, both periodically and ad hoc.
• Contribute to the further development and professionalisation of risk management tools and the team.

• Designing and monitoring the risk and control framework for Transaction Monitoring, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and operational excellence.
• Being sparring partner and partner in business of the management team in risk, such as finding & action management, policy implementations, risk identifications and supporting the Management Team in taking a risk-based approach to enhance execution power.
• Identifying risks and mitigating measures based on end-to-end processes, translating outcomes from audits, FLM, SLM, consultants, and industry leaders into actions for the Transaction Monitoring department.
   

The Risk Manager Transaction Monitoring position is part of the Control Standards team in Transaction Monitoring, responsible for the design and management of the Transaction Monitoring risk and control framework. You will work closely with professionals who complement each other, applying deep regulatory knowledge and collaborating as one passionate, goal-oriented team at Rabobank.

• Strong subject matter expertise in Operational Risk Management, Compliance and/or AML/CTF.
