Come join Intuit's Account Risk Management team as a Risk Management Specialist with our QuickBooks Capital Underwriting department. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with an operations mindset and strong analytical skills to support our QuickBooks customers in their quest for funding to grow their business. Responsibilities
- Using our proprietary models, you will analyze information provided on commercial loan applications and other third party sites to determine credit worthiness and appropriately assess risk
- Apply defined procedures to independently review and evaluate new and existing customers
- Determine outcome of loan applications while adhering to Compliance and regulatory requirements
- Make outbound calls to customers to validate information when necessary
- Improve Underwriting process, policy, and workflow while identifying areas in need of further incremental improvement
- Raise organizational awareness of issues and works to mitigate risk
- Plan for efficient Underwriting workflow as the business scales
- Completes all assigned loans daily maintaining the department established SLAs
