Provide live virtual tax consultation and preparation via Intuit’s TurboTax platform. Review and sign returns, advise on federal and California tax issues, assist customers with software navigation, optimize deductions, and ensure accuracy. Participate in paid training and use company tools (video chat, CRM, research databases) to deliver secure, customer-focused service during peak tax season.
