As a Risk Management Specialist, your mission will be to act in risk management in order to preserve value for EBANX in a sustainable and transparent manner.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP);
  • Conduct regular BCP testing, simulations, and scenario analyses to ensure plan effectiveness;
  • Oversee the Crisis Management process, including coordinating the Crisis Committee's efforts;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate continuity strategies across the organization;
  • Suggest and implement improvements to existing processes, with a focus on enhancing business resilience;
  • Develop, review, and disseminate policies, standards, procedures, and manuals related to risk management and business continuity;
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external audit recommendations, as well as regulatory and legislative requirements, particularly concerning business continuity and crisis management;
  • Promote a risk-based approach throughout the company;
  • Develop, review, and update reports, minutes, and materials for Risk Committees;
  • Maintain constant contact with the risk and control matrix;
  • Establish partnerships with various areas through effective negotiations;
  • Support Incident Governance, Operational Losses and other risk-related areas.

Main requirements of the position:

  • Assertive communication;
  • Critical and analytical thinking;
  • Open to feedback and continuous learning;
  • Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing and speaking);
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or post-graduation with interface in Risk, Compliance areas;
  • Experience in Business Continuity Planning (BCP), including testing and simulations;
  • Experience in risk management roles;
  • Ability to lead crisis management efforts and oversee incident response;
  • Strong project management skills, with experience handling multiple initiatives;
  • Ability to anticipate potential disruptions and implement preventive measures;
  • Strong team collaboration and cross-functional communication skills.
