Job DescriptionMISSION :
This position reports directly to the Regional Head of Risk Management, Asia Pacific (APR) and plays a key supporting role in executing the region’s risk management agenda.
The successful candidate will assist in a broad range of risk management activities, ensuring alignment with group frameworks, local regulatory requirements, and regional strategic priorities
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement and maintain the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework in alignment with group standards and local regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments, monitor key risk indicators, and support the development of risk mitigation strategies.
- Assist in preparing regulatory submissions, including the ORSA report and other required ERM filings.
- Prepare regular risk reports and materials for the Risk Committee and senior management.
- Coordinate with Compliance & Internal Audit team on internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, and follow‑up actions.
- Support business units in identifying, assessing, and managing risks such as operational and financial risks.
- Provide risk insights to senior management to support strategic planning and business decisions.
- Contribute to the development, enhancement, and implementation of local risk policies and internal control improvements.
- Promote a strong risk culture within the organization through awareness and training initiatives.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, FRM, CISA, CISM, or equivalent credentials are an advantage.
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, ideally acquired within banking, insurance, or other financial institutions.
- Strong understanding of ERM frameworks, risk assessment techniques, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Knowledge of Taiwan’s regulatory environment and supervisory expectations.
- Previous experience in risk management, audit, or consulting is highly desirable.
SKILLS
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working with senior management and cross‑functional teams.
- Detail‑oriented with a strong sense of accountability and risk awareness.

- Native Chinese proficiency.
- Business‑level English proficiency.
