Start your career building a professional network and growing a book of business advising clients on insurance and risk management.
You’ll be mentored by experienced advisors who will help you learn how to build a successful career in the industry.
This is not a typical entry-level job. As a Risk Management Advisor, you will build relationships with referral partners who connect you with potential clients who need insurance. Then you help those clients protect their homes, vehicles, and assets by recommending the right insurance coverage for their needs.
You’ll start with a $48,000 base salary while building your pipeline, plus 50% commission on every new policy you sell.
Our Year-1 new business sales target is $50,000, which puts first-year advisors on pace for ~$73,000 total income including base salary. Top performers have earned significantly more than this in their first year.
Over time, the book of business you build begins generating renewal income, creating a long-term career where past work continues to pay you.
If you're competitive, relationship-driven, and motivated by building something of your own, keep reading.

What We Do
C1 stands for “Clients First” which is the primary focus of our business. Here is a bit more information on who we are. C1 Insurance Group is a group of Risk Management Advisors with one objective in mind: to put our clients first. Sure, we have a hierarchy, just like any business. But instead of a CEO at the top, we put you (our client) there. We are committed to always making decisions in the best interest of our clients—because we believe that will lead to great long-term partnerships. And that’s what will serve us both best. Here when you need us You’ll find that C1 also maintains a sharp focus on providing exceptional customer service. Our business is based on person-to-person contact between our agents and clients. Our clients communicate with a real person they know, not an impersonal, automated system. And you’ll find that our agents are available when you need them, to a degree which is highly unusual these days. We love insurance and understand risk and we want you to call us to find out where are your biggest risks. Finding the right options We know that every client has a unique situation and may require very specific insurance solutions. Almost every insurance agent can offer you low prices (as can we). That’s all well and good—but a low price on inadequate coverage is not really such a good deal at all. Our concerns go way beyond price. We position ourselves away from price and value and want our customers to know their assets are protected. That's why we use dozens of carriers—so we can be sure to get you the right coverage at the right price. Please call 214-420-0888 or email [email protected] to find our if your assets are protected.
