Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of databases related to property appraisals.
- Standardize data from various sources to ensure uniformity across the department.
- Conduct data gathering and cleaning activities for appraisal projects.
- Collaborate with the team to extract, analyze, and present insights from data to support property valuation efforts.
- Assist in identifying trends, anomalies, and other key findings from property-related data.
- Support in preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Current enrollment in or recent graduate/final year student (commit full time) from a degree program in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheet and data management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for working with data.
