📌 What We’re Looking For: Consumer Category Sr. Associate
What You Will Do :
- Manage and grow partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Support business development initiatives across fintech, banking, payments, and digital wallet ecosystems.
- Break down strategic initiatives into actionable tasks and ensure timely execution.
- Analyze data, develop insights, and build business cases to support decision-making and drive results.
- Provide account management support to partners and ensure their needs are met.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth integrations and successful project delivery.
- Stay updated on payment industry trends and user needs to identify growth opportunities.
What You Will Need :
- 1–2+ years of experience in fintech, banking, payments, digital wallets, user growth, or account management.
- Strong understanding of online payment ecosystems (web and in-app) and related business models.
- Ability to think in a structured and logical manner to communicate ideas clearly.
- Proven executional excellence in breaking down initiatives into smaller tasks to ensure proper and timely delivery.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with data, extract insights, and build data-driven recommendations.
- Solid partnership management skills, including relationship building and negotiation.
- Customer-centric mindset with empathy for users and passion for solving real problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice-to-Have :
- Experience working with APIs and integrations related to payments.
- Knowledge of online payments in other regions and global payment gateways.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
