Position Title: Manager of Asset Preservation Services

Business Unit: INSA

Reports to: Managing Director - Insurance

Position Overview:

This position is primarily responsible for the oversight of the risk management service delivery team and the delivery of value-added services to clients comprised of risk control, asset protection and safety training. There is also a 'dotted line' relationship with the claims management organization as they are mutual stakeholders in client experience outcomes. This position works directly with the risk management service delivery team to ensure the proper expertise, scope and coordination of client services.

Primary Responsibilities:

Develops, maintains and coordinates services per the Account Management Guide, the comprehensive service delivery matrix for key accounts. Ensures that service is consistently delivered to the performance expectations and standards set with clients.

Self-delivers services including, but not limited to, the focus areas of workplace safety and workplace safety committees. 

Supports smaller accounts not on the Account Management Guide, but in need of help. Uses judgement, discretion and good time management.

Attends meetings, seminars and programs to learn about new products and services. Learns new skills and continually develops and improves.

Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
