UFG is seeking a Risk Control Administrative Associate who will support Risk Control leadership through system development initiatives, account audits, time and work unit management oversight, and coordination of ongoing account schedules.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support development and refinement of Risk Control systems and internal workflows.
- Participate in account audits aligned with Risk Control standards and expectations.
- Monitor work unit tracking, time management overviews, and activity summaries.
- Coordinate ongoing Risk Control account schedules to support timely service delivery.
- Maintain full administrative ownership of two primary Risk Control email inboxes.
- Participate in and contribute to external collateral projects for knowledge sharing.
- Mentorship and onboarding support to Emerging Leaders internship participants.
- Participate in occasional on-site and virtual ride-along for professional development.
- Collaborate with business teams during the development of customer self-assessments.
Job Specifications:
Education:
- High school diploma required. Currently enrolled in a college or university program related to risk management, insurance, safety, engineering, business, or a related discipline.
Experience:
- Previous experience as risk control intern or another similar role strongly desired.
Working Conditions:
- General office environment
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Manage multiple priorities independently working with confidential information.
