Conduct investigation of cases by mobilizing internal or external resources and expertise, with effective engagement communication with senior management at China Region.
Strengthen the risk management system, including regular risk assessment, development of effective mitigations and monitoring the execution of mitigation actions by working together with governance body.
Work closely with the line organizations and with group functions such as Risk and Compliance Management, Internal Auditor, Internal Control and local controller team to proactively set risk and compliance standards and implement physical measures, processes, and controls.
Develop recommendations for changes to processes and systems that will minimize risk, improve performance and productivity and ensure that the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and standards.
Constantly monitor new threats and development in compliance area, both at national and regional level to provide expertise and support to the organization as well as increase awareness and knowledge sharing.
Establish training plans and conduct trainings. Participate in the promotion of compliance awareness programs to internal employees and external stakeholders.
