KBR is looking for a Risk & Change Manager to administer the program's risk management and change management processes. Working closely with all PMC workstreams, this role identifies potential threats and opportunities, facilitates risk mitigation planning, tracks trends, and ensures project changes are evaluated, approved, and incorporated into cost and schedule forecasts in a controlled manner.

Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Lead the project's risk and change management programs, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting.

  • Administer the project change management process and ensure changes are evaluated, approved, and incorporated into cost and schedule forecasts.

  • Facilitate risk reviews, trend analysis, quantitative risk assessments, and contingency management activities.

  • Coordinate with all PMC workstreams to identify emerging risks, opportunities, and potential impacts to project objectives.

  • Maintain risk registers, change logs, and performance metrics while providing recommendations to project leadership.

  • Support forecasting and decision-making through analysis of project risks, changes, and their associated cost and schedule impacts.

  • Promote risk and change management best practices across the project team.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in project controls, risk management, change management, or project management on major capital projects.

  • Demonstrated experience implementing and administering project risk and change management processes.

  • Experience evaluating cost and schedule impacts, contingency requirements, and forecast risks.

  • Extensive experience with qualitative and quantitative risk assessment processes related to capital construction projects.

  • Strong understanding of project controls, forecasting, cost management, and scheduling principles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or other regulated manufacturing projects.

  • Experience in an Owner's Representative, PMC, EPCM, or Integrated Project Management Team (IPMT) environment.

  • Experience supporting large projects with multiple phases exceeding $500 million TIC.

  • Experience with quantitative risk analysis and schedule/cost risk assessment tools.

  • Professional certifications such as PMI-RMP®, CCP®, PSP®, EVP®, PMP®, PRMP®, or equivalent credentials.
