職責・ミッション：
- リーダーシップチームと協力をして、営業主導の顧客エンゲージメントが価値創造と測定を中心に展開されるようにする。
- 営業チームや顧客と直接連携してビジネス ケースを構築し、Databricks の使用によって実現される効果を文書化して、販売機会の獲得を支援します。
- 主要なアカウントの追求、Winナラティブとアカウント戦略の構築に貢献します。
- ビジネス価値コンサルティングの原則を営業、及びカスタマーサクセスチームに教えます。
- マーケティング部門と協力して、プレゼンテーション、ブログ、ウェビナー、ホワイトペーパー等を通じて社�外で Databricks の目に見える影響・インパクトを促進します。
- BVC実践�とフィールドチーム向けの再利用可能な財務利益分析モデルを構築します。
- フィールドエクスペリエンスと顧客からのフィードバックに基づいて成果物をレビューし、改善します。
- Databricksのさらなる導�と成功を促進するための新しいモーション案を作成します。
- 製品管理、マーケティング、エンジニアリング、およびシニアリーダーシップチームに関連するフィールドエクスペリエンスの洞察を提供します。
求められる経験・スキル：
- 学士号（または同等の学位）は�須、MBAは尚良し。
- B2Bソフトウェア営業、またはコンサルティングチームの一員としての9年以上の経験
- ビジネス価値コンサルタントとしての5年以上の経験
- ビッグデータ、分析、AI/MLがどのようにしてビジネス支援に繋がるかの知識￥
- 顧客との社外および社�でのコンサルティング的なアプローチ経験
- 優れたコミュニケーションとプレゼンテーションスキル
- 優れたビジネスケースの作成および分析スキル
- 財務とビジネスの洞察力
- 日本語と英語
