The main purpose of this role is to review and continuously improve the Company's global and local reward approach to ensure it is fair, consistent, equitable, flexible and competitive enough to attract, develop and retain the best talent to fit Exness needs as well as be compliant with related legislation and global practices.
You will:To support business stakeholders - People teams and Managers - in various locations on reward practices by:
- Standardizing and maintaining compensation and benefits approach;
- Leading reward practices and policies review process by participating in market surveys and gathering related intelligence to recommend practical interventions to the business;
- Developing, periodically reviewing and ensuring proper communication of rewards policies and procedures;
- Acting as a first point of contact to the colleagues from People teams and Management on reward-related matters by educating and consulting them;
- Preparing and streamlining compensation analytics and reporting (eg., salary trends, bonus payouts, benefits ROI etc.);
- Initiating and leading change and improvement projects related to total reward in the Company;
- Administering salary increment and bonus calculation cycles, supporting People budgeting process;
- Support other global and local Rewards activities execution as agreed with the Line Manager.
- 5+ years of experience in C&B / Total Rewards;
- Good knowledge of C&B best practices for various levels of employees (emphasis on compensation - job evaluation methodologies, salary benchmarking and banding, variable pay approaches etc.);
- Experience in implementation and / or support of grading system in several geographies;
- Leading complex people projects with multiple globally distributed and culturally-diverse stakeholders;
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to explain complex topics in a simple way, be precise and clear, good presentation skills including online;
- Ability to drive business agenda easily and deliver high-quality results, maintaining trustful relationships between people;
- Hands-on, ready and eager to juggle both big-impact and small-routine things and get things done;
- Rock star of Google Office / MS Office (particularly Sheets / Excel and Docs / Word), HRMS;
- Languages: at least upper-intermediate English.
