Job Purpose
This jobholder will bring their expertise to implement holistic Reward Strategy which is robust tool, relevant and flexible to support for business strategy and bring out optimal performance and to attract, motivate and retain our people through Total Reward approach comprising of compensation, benefits, and wellness offerings.
Job Responsibilities
The responsibilities of Rewards Manager as follows:
Support Strategy Development
Conduct internal and external benchmark studies to ensure the total reward strategy for different groups in the organization are competitive and responsive to the market and align with Prudential group total reward strategy.
Develop and design Policies and Procedures
- Provide of a comprehensive total rewards solution for the organization.
- Design and establish policies, procedures so that employee will receive the appropriate rewards offering for their position.
- Engage in wider remuneration and benefits communities and participate in industry activities by providing appropriate insights and inputs
- Develop effective process or procedures to improve employee’s knowledge on labour law, company’s policies etc
- Communication
- Implement Total Reward's Communication for more attractive for both internal and external.
- Advise the related stakeholders on compliance requirements of reward policies, relevant systems and tools.
Play an advisory role on the remuneration and benefits to staff.
Implement rewards strategy:
- Effective Management of the Annual Compensation Review and all associated responsibilities, including subsequent communication of outcomes of the reviews.
- Administer the company's compensation and benefit in accordance with established policies so that employees receive the appropriate compensation and benefits for their position, including review incentive scheme for distribution channels.
- Execute expatriate remuneration, benefits and terms and conditions wherever appropriate in conjunction with Regional policy.
- Administer and develop the Company recognition programs to ensure its relevance and alignment to Company objectives.
- Monitor the impact on budget to advise accordingly.
- Participate in salary, benefits and relevant industry surveys and provide a proactive review of market pay and benefit position.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of job benchmarking / job evaluation in line with the Company framework
Job Accountability
- Ensure that Reward strategy/ mechanism/ implementation is well interpreted to key stakeholders and business leaders.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, …
- At least 3-year experiences in Remuneration management level for an international company
