What you will be doing:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Reward Manager to join our team in the UK.
You will partner with specific areas of the organisation as their reward point of contact, as well as supporting and leading on specific reward projects and deliverables.
Responsibilities:
In this exciting role, you will:
- Be accountable for projects that require research and analysis, including looking at benchmarking data and designing best fit solutions
- Model data and scenario plan differing solutions to support decision-making across projects on reward items, as well as presenting your findings and making recommendations around reward items. This will require the use of Excel and working in a way that others within the team can use, collaborate, and build on your data sets.
- Project manage reward projects within the team using project management tools such as project plans, stakeholder maps, work breakdown structures, as well as facilitation and presentation skills, working closely with colleagues within the global reward and people team where needed.
- Liaise with the Reward Operations team by providing insight on reward thinking, initiatives, and policy, as well as developing reward intelligence around specific job groups and supporting wider processes where required.
- Manage stakeholder relations by ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are identified and communicated with as appropriate. This will involve knowing and understanding the structures and processes of the business whilst setting in place mechanisms to ensure all colleagues are included as appropriate.
- Manage the grading of roles both on an ad-hoc basis but also as part of initiatives. This involves being familiar with both internal tools and what is available in the marketplace to job evaluate roles.
- Manage market data and advise on market data issues. This may involve researching markets to establish (for example) the scarcity of skillsets whilst identifying the best source of market intelligence.
- Operate with an enterprise mindset, supporting on reward items across the organisation that drives our people deal

The professional level and salary of the position will be dependent on the skills and experience of the successful candidate but is anticipated to be Level C.
