Hybrid work set up in our Ortigas site or Pampanga Site. Candidate must be willing to go to Pampanga site on training occasions spanning one week. Frequency is indefinite, only as needed. i.e. Initial Training with Senior Facade Designer.

Our Australian client is seeking a Facade Designer with strong Revit experience to support its growing project pipeline. This role is part of the Design Team and focuses on architectural drafting, modelling, and documentation for commercial building projects, with the opportunity to develop specialized façade design expertise over time.
While façade experience is advantageous, this role is designed for candidates with strong Revit and commercial documentation experience who demonstrate the aptitude and willingness to be trained in façade systems and Eifer’s methodologies.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the kind of person who:
Design & Documentation
- Develop architectural drawings and documentation using Revit for commercial projects
- Produce 3D models and detailed documentation sets suitable for construction
- Ensure all outputs meet project requirements and quality standards
- Assist in maintaining and improving documentation quality and internal standards
Coordination & Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, architects, and engineers to ensure design alignment
- Support design coordination across different building systems and constraints
- Contribute to a collaborative and knowledge-sharing team environment
Project Support
- Assist in project planning, workflow execution, and documentation tracking
- Support design reviews and revisions based on feedback
- Identify design risks or issues and propose practical solutions
- Maintain accurate records of project deliverables and updates
Learning & Development
- Actively develop skills in façade systems, cladding, and building envelope design
- Learn Eifer’s internal standards, workflows, and design methodologies
- Progress toward handling more complex design tasks and project ownership over time

What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who:
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Strong Revit experience with a proven track record in architectural projects
- Experience producing commercial construction documentation (essential)
- Demonstrated work on at least 2–3 commercial projects using Revit
- Strong foundation in architectural drafting, detailing, and 3D modelling
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote team environment
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Exposure to façade design, cladding, rainscreen, or curtain wall systems
- Familiarity with Australian building codes (e.g., NCC)
- Experience with AutoCAD (used alongside Revit)
- Exposure to additional tools such as Rhino, Grasshopper, BIM tools, or Bluebeam
