Find your purpose as the Manager of the Revenue Services Education Program with CentraCare. The Manager of the Revenue Services Education Program is responsible for the creation and implementation of robust training program for multiple areas within Revenue Services. Will oversee all onboarding specialists and other staff. The Manager will be responsible for the performance and results of employees' entity wide and their education. Uses their broad industry knowledge to effectively create and deploy this system wide education program. Primary functions include the oversight, development, structure, content and delivery of Revenue Services training. Coordinates and collaborates, as needed, with CentraCare's Learning and Education department.
Schedule:
- Full-time 80 hours every 2 weeks
- Monday-Friday 8:00a-4:30p
- Hybrid of in-office (South Point location, St. Cloud) and at-home work
Pay and Benefits:
- Starting pay begins at $71,676.80 per year and increases with experience.
- Salary range: $71,676.80-$107,556.80 per year
- Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in digital design or health care related field within 60 days of hire.
- Minimum of 2 years of training or teaching of others and creating curriculum.
- A valid driver’s license and a driving record in good standing may be required.
Core Functions:
- Create and implement a robust training program within the Revenue Services department.
- Create and grow a trainer development program for system.
- Create and enforce training policy and procedures.
- Work with Revenue Services leadership to develop and maintain training programs.
- Develop and manage the execution of a training program for all new hires in Revenue Services roles.
- Develop and support annual e-learnings for all employees with-in Revenue Services.
- Direct and manage the training programs and projects for all facilities and staff with-in the CCH system.
- Create courses that support Revenue Cycle and stay current with HFMA MAPS requirements for annual education and tracking of annual education for all employees.
- Work with IS Education leadership to collaborate on projects and purpose so that all departments work cohesively towards one goal for employee and their Rev Cycle knowledge.
- Work with vendors as determined to help support educational programs.
- Oversight of Education Program staff including schedules, UKG, access and onboarding.
- Perform annual reviews of all staff under manager.
- Meet regularly with Revenue Services Leadership to support educational needs as determined.
- Demonstrates expertise in both verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of knowledge with using technology to create educational materials for staff.
- Promotes and environment that stresses positive and collaborative working relationships with all departments and areas in the health system.
- Coordinate and maintain new hire training programs and materials for all employees.
- Analysis of all new training tools and methods.
- Create tracking reports and use Oracle to maintain a database of employee's education records and keeping current.
- Supply all tip sheets and other updates to all staff for Epic changes that will affect their workflows and educate on changes in a timely manner.
- Support all managers and supervisors when appropriate to help with struggling employees by using tools that manager has created.
- Interviews, hires and selects trainers to support the Revenue Services education department.
