About the role

The Revenue and Sales Coordinator supports the Director of Sales, Director of Revenue, & Director of Marketing with reporting & administrative tasks related to Sales, Marketing & Revenue throughout the hotel. Role has dual reporting to Director of Marketing and Director of Revenue.

What you will do

  • Daily compiling of reports for Sales, Marketing and Revenue Teams such as Status Change Reporting, turndown reports, adhoc report requests, reservations entered reports, group attrition reporting & database management
  • Group Definite turnover review to ensure accurate inventory management and controls
  • Golden Sales & Catering Administrative duties such as compliance with corporate standards, entering events/group bookings, managing contract templates, and interface management
  • Ensure accuracy of information in Golden Sales & Catering (Salesforce), edit and audit Golden related reports, and maintain up-to-date tools
  • Compiling account history during Corporate RFP Season
  • Prepare Weekly Pace Reporting, group pickup meeting preparation, and pipeline report
  • Prepare Monthly group & travel industry Monthend reporting
  • Annual territorial reporting to assist in goal setting with Director of Sales & Director of Marketing
  • Cover the essential functions of revenue management in the absence of the DORM – run & update forecast report with input from DOM, run and update yield strategy sheet with input from DOM, monitor reservation pickup, update rate code yielding in PMS, ensure compression date monitoring is in place
  • Compile daily revenue pickup report
  • Help with system management to ensure accuracy and information, auditing Opera and Golden Sales and Catering as needed Partner with CORE manager to streamline reporting and rate loading efforts
  • Assist DORM and DOM in compiling presentation decks for monthly, weekly and adhoc meetings
  • Assists with adhoc projects in relation to corporate requests, Marketing Plan / budget seasons, pilot projects and revenue strategy initiatives
  • Support DORM in preparing data for weekly Revenue Strategy Meetings 
  • Submits daily revenue information to STR for benchmark reporting
  • Proficiency with PMS (OPERA), Salesforce (Golden Sales & Catering), Excel, TravelClick, STR, Ideas and other business analytic tools such as Adobe analytics, Power BI for reservations
